저수지ㆍ댐의 안전관리 및 재해예방에 관한 법률 제30조(벌칙)

① 제3조에 따른 저수지ㆍ댐의 보수ㆍ보강 등 필요한 조치를 하지 아니하거나 성실하게 조치를 하지 아니함으로써 저수지ㆍ댐에 중대한 손괴를 야기하여 공공의 안전에 위험을 발생하게 한 자는 10년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

② 제1항의 죄를 범하여 사람을 상해에 이르게 한 자는 1년 이상의 징역에 처하고, 사망에 이르게 한 자는 무기 또는 3년 이상의 징역에 처한다.

③ 업무상 과실 또는 중대한 과실로 제1항의 죄를 범한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

④ 업무상 과실 또는 중대한 과실로 제1항의 죄를 범하여 사람을 사상(死傷)에 이르게 한 자는 10년 이하의 징역 또는 1억원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
