저작권법 제101조(영상제작자의 권리)

①영상제작물의 제작에 협력할 것을 약정한 자로부터 영상제작자가 양도 받는 영상저작물의 이용을 위하여 필요한 권리는 영상저작물을 복제ㆍ배포ㆍ공개상영ㆍ방송ㆍ전송 그 밖의 방법으로 이용할 권리로 하며, 이를 양도하거나 질권의 목적으로 할 수 있다.

②실연자로부터 영상제작자가 양도 받는 권리는 그 영상저작물을 복제ㆍ배포ㆍ방송 또는 전송할 권리로 하며, 이를 양도하거나 질권의 목적으로 할 수 있다.
