저작권법 제47조(저작재산권을 목적으로 하는 질권의 행사 등)

①저작재산권을 목적으로 하는 질권은 그 저작재산권의 양도 또는 그 저작물의 이용에 따라 저작재산권자가 받을 금전 그 밖의 물건(제57조에 따른 배타적발행권 및 제63조에 따른 출판권 설정의 대가를 포함한다)에 대하여도 행사할 수 있다. 다만, 이들의 지급 또는 인도 전에 이를 압류하여야 한다. <개정 2009.4.22, 2011.12.2>
