저작권법 제95조(보호기간)

①데이터베이스제작자의 권리는 데이터베이스의 제작을 완료한 때부터 발생하며, 그 다음 해부터 기산하여 5년간 존속한다.

②데이터베이스의 갱신등을 위하여 인적 또는 물적으로 상당한 투자가 이루어진 경우에 해당 부분에 대한 데이터베이스제작자의 권리는 그 갱신등을 한 때부터 발생하며, 그 다음 해부터 기산하여 5년간 존속한다. <개정 2021.5.18>
