전기공사공제조합법 제48조(시공지도 등)

① 조합의 이사장은 관계 직원에게 조합이 보증한 도급공사장에 출입하여 시공 상황을 조사하게 할 수 있고, 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시공 및 공사감독방법에 관하여 해당 공사를 도급받은 조합원에게 필요한 지시를 하거나 의견을 진술할 수 있다.

② 조합의 이사장이 제1항에 따라 지시하거나 의견을 진술하였을 때에는 조합원은 지체 없이 그에 따라 적절한 조치를 마련하고, 그 처리 상황을 조합에 통고하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 공사현장의 감독방법과 자격자 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

④ 제1항에 따라 공사장에 출입하여 시공 상황을 조사하는 사람은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.
