조합의 임원이 이 법 및 정관에서 규정한 목적 외의 용도에 자금을 사용 또는 융자하거나 투기의 목적으로 조합의 재산을 이용하였을 때에는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 1천500만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
