전기공사공제조합법 제6조(출자 및 조합원의 책임)

① 조합의 출자금은 조합원이 출자한 총출자좌(總出資座)의 액면총액으로 한다.

② 조합의 총출자금은 5억원 이상이어야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association's어소우시에이션즈 total토우틀 capital캐퍼틀 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 shall섈 be비 at앳 least리스트 500 million밀리언 won.원

③ 조합은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 출자증권을 발행하여 출자자에게 발급하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 issue이슈 investment인^v베스트먼트 certificates서티^f피킷츠 and앤드 deliver딜리^v버 them^ð뎀 to투 investors,인^v베스터즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

④ 출자 1좌(座)의 금액은 균일하게 하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð디 amount어마운트 per퍼 investment인^v베스트먼트 unit유닛 shall섈 be비 uniform.유너^f폼

⑤ 한 조합원이 출자할 수 있는 좌수(座數)는 총출자좌수의 100분의 10을 넘지 아니하는 한도에서 정관으로 정한다.

(5) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 units유넛츠 a어 single싱글 member멤버 may메이 invest인^v베스트 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 within위^ð딘 a어 limit리밋 not낫 exceeding익시딩 10/100 of어^v브 the^ð더 total토우틀 number넘버 of어^v브 investment인^v베스트먼트 units.유넛츠

⑥ 조합원의 출자는 전액 현금으로 하여야 하며, 그 출자금은 조합에 대한 채권과 상계하지 못한다.

⑦ 출자 1좌의 금액과 그 밖에 출자에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

(7) The^ð디 amount어마운트 per퍼 investment인^v베스트먼트 unit유닛 and앤드 other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 investment인^v베스트먼트 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

⑧ 조합원의 책임은 그 출자지분액을 한도로 한다.

(8) The^ð더 liability라이어빌리티 of어^v브 a어 member멤버 shall섈 be비 limited리머티드 to투 the^ð디 amount어마운트 of어^v브 the^ð더 member's멤버즈 investment인^v베스트먼트 share.셰어
