전기공사업법 시행령 제11조(하수급인 등의 변경 요구)

발주자 또는 수급인이 법 제15조제1항에 따라 하도급받거나 다시 하도급받은 공사업자의 변경을 요구할 때에는 그 사유가 있음을 안 날부터 15일 이내 또는 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 30일 이내에 서면으로 요구하여야 한다.
