전기용품 및 생활용품 안전관리법 시행령 제17조(수수료)

① 법 제43조제1항에 따른 수수료의 부과기준은 별표 2와 같다. 다만, 안전인증기관 등은 별표 2 제2호부터 제5호까지의 규정에 따른 수수료의 납부대상자가 「소상공인기본법」 제2조에 따른 소상공인 또는 「중소기업기본법」 제2조에 따른 중소기업자로서 경제적 부담 완화 또는 경영안정 지원 등을 위하여 수수료 감면이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 수수료를 감면할 수 있다. <개정 2018.6.26, 2024.9.3>
