전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법 시행령 제21조(분쟁조정비용)

① 법 제37조제1항에 따라 위원회가 신청인으로 하여금 조정비용을 내도록 정한 사건의 경우에는 그 사건의 신청인은 조정을 신청할 때 그 비용을 미리 내야 한다.
