전자서명법 제19조(전자서명생성정보의 보호 등)

Digital Signature Act, Article 19 (Protection of Electronic Signature Creation Information)

① 누구든지 타인의 전자서명생성정보를 도용하거나 누설해서는 아니 된다.

② 누구든지 운영기준 준수사실의 인정을 받은 전자서명인증사업자가 발급하는 인증서와 관련하여 다음 각 호에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 타인의 명의로 인증서를 발급받거나 발급받을 수 있도록 하는 행위
