전자정부법 시행령 제35조의2(전자적 시스템의 연계ㆍ통합 기준 등)

① 중앙행정기관등의 장은 법 제30조의2제1항에 따라 전자적 시스템을 상호연계하거나 통합할 경우에는 행정정보 간 상호 연관성 및 연계ㆍ통합으로 인한 기대효과를 고려하여야 한다. 다만, 법 제37조제1항에 따른 행정정보 공동이용센터(이하 "공동이용센터"라 한다)를 활용하는 것이 전자적 시스템을 연계ㆍ통합하는 것에 비하여 효율적인 경우에는 공동이용센터를 활용하여야 한다.

② 전자적 시스템을 연계ㆍ통합하려는 중앙행정기관등의 장은 그 목적, 연계대상 정보 내용과 범위, 연계방식, 비용부담 등에 관한 구체적 사항을 정하여 다른 중앙행정기관등의 장에게 연계ㆍ통합을 요청하여야 한다.

③ 행정안전부장관은 전자적 시스템의 연계ㆍ통합의 효과가 큰 사업에 대하여 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
