전통주 등의 산업진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조의2(품질인증의 유효기간 연장)

① 법 제22조제3항에 따라 품질인증의 유효기간을 연장받으려는 자는 유효기간이 끝나기 2개월 전까지 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 품질인증 유효기간 연장신청서와 품질인증서 원본 등 필요한 서류를 인증기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 인증기관의 장은 품질인증의 유효기간이 끝나기 3개월 전까지 다음 각 호의 사항을 품질인증을 받은 자에게 알려야 한다. 이 경우 휴대폰 문자, 전자메일, 팩스, 전화, 문서 등을 통하여 알릴 수 있다.

③ 인증기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 품질인증 유효기간 연장신청을 받은 경우에는 제8조에 따른 품질인증기준에 적합한지를 심사하여 그 결과가 기준에 적합하면 유효기간을 연장하여야 한다.

(3) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 extension익스텐션 of어^v브 the^ð더 validity^v벌리더티 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 certification서터^f퍼케이션 institution인스티투션 shall섈 examine이그재민 whether웨^ð더 the^ð더 product프^r라덕트 conforms컨^f폼즈 to투 the^ð더 quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 standards스탠더즈 under언더 Article아터클 8, and앤드 shall섈 extend익스텐드 the^ð더 validity^v벌리더티 period피^r리어드 if이^f프 the^ð더 result^r리절트 conforms컨^f폼즈 to투 the^ð더 standards.스탠더즈

④ 제3항에 따른 심사의 절차 및 방법 등에 관하여는 제7조제2항부터 제5항까지를 준용한다. 이 경우 "품질인증"은 "품질인증의 유효기간 연장"으로 본다.
