Enforcement Decree of the Information and Communications Works Business Act, Article 31 (Application for Consent to Subcontract, etc.)

법 제31조제3항에 따라 정보통신공사의 하도급 또는 재하도급의 승낙을 얻으려는 자는 정보통신공사하도급ㆍ재하도급계약 승낙신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.4.17>
