정보통신공사업법 시행령 제7조(설계도서의 보관의무)

1. 공사의 목적물의 소유자는 공사에 대한 실시ㆍ준공설계도서를 공사의 목적물이 폐지될 때까지 보관할 것. 다만, 소유자가 보관하기 어려운 사유가 있을 때에는 관리주체가 보관하여야 하며, 시설교체 등으로 실시ㆍ준공설계도서가 변경된 경우에는 변경된 후의 실시ㆍ준공설계도서를 보관하여야 한다.
