Enforcement Decree of the Information and Communications Works Business Act, Article 8-2 (Scope of Duties of Supervisors)
법 제8조제2항 후단에 따른 감리원의 업무범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.
The scope of duties of supervisors under the latter part of Article 8 (2) of the Act is as follows:
1. 공사계획 및 공정표의 검토
1. Review of the construction plan and process chart
2. 공사업자가 작성한 시공상세도면의 검토ㆍ확인
2. Review and confirmation of detailed construction drawings prepared by the works business operator
3. 설계도서와 시공도면의 내용이 현장조건에 적합한지 여부와 시공가능성 등에 관한 사전검토
3. Advance review of whether the contents of the design documents and construction drawings are suitable for site conditions and of constructability, etc.
4. 공사가 설계도서 및 관련규정에 적합하게 행해지고 있는지에 대한 확인

5. 공사 진척부분에 대한 조사 및 검사
