주민등록법 제12조(합숙하는 곳에서의 신고의무자)

① 기숙사, 「노인복지법」 제34조제1항제1호에 따른 노인요양시설, 「노숙인 등의 복지 및 자립지원에 관한 법률」 제16조제1항제4호에 따른 노숙인요양시설, 「아동복지법」 제52조제1항제1호에 따른 아동양육시설 등 여러 사람이 동거하는 숙소에 거주하는 주민은 신고사유가 발생한 날부터 14일 이내에 그 숙소의 관리자가 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 관리자가 신고할 수 없으면 본인이 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2020.6.9>
