주민등록법 제15조의2(가족관계등록 전산정보의 제공 요청)

시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 제14조제1항에 따라 이 법에 따른 신고를 갈음하는 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 신고사항의 변경 여부 등을 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 법원행정처장에게 같은 법 제11조에 따른 등록전산정보자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 법원행정처장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
