Resident Registration Act, Article 29-2 (Inspection or Issuance of Confirmation of Moved-In Households)

① 주민등록표 중 해당 건물 또는 시설의 소재지에 주민등록이 되어 있는 세대주와 주민등록표 상의 동거인(말소 또는 거주불명 등록된 사람을 포함한다)의 성명과 전입일자를 확인할 수 있는 서류(이하 "전입세대확인서"라 한다)를 열람하거나 교부받으려는 자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 수수료를 내고 열람 또는 등ㆍ초본교부기관의 장에게 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 전입세대확인서의 열람 또는 교부 신청을 할 수 있는 자는 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 해당 건물 또는 시설의 소유자 본인이나 그 세대원, 임차인 본인이나 그 세대원, 매매계약자 또는 임대차계약자 본인

가. 제29조제2항제2호에 따라 경매참가자가 경매에 참가하려는 경우

(a)어 Where웨어 a어 person퍼슨 intends인텐즈 to투 take테이크 part파트 in인 an앤 auction악션 under언더 Article아터클 29 (2) 2;

나. 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」 제2조제5호라목에 따른 신용조사회사 또는 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호에 따른 감정평가법인등이 임차인의 실태 등을 확인하려는 경우

다. 대통령령으로 정하는 금융회사 등이 담보주택의 근저당을 설정하려는 경우

라. 법원의 현황조사명령서에 따라 집행관이 현황조사를 하려는 경우

마. 제29조제2항제1호에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 공무상 필요로 하는 경우

③ 제1항에 따른 전입세대확인서의 열람 및 교부는 주민등록정보시스템을 통하여 한다.

④ 제1항에 따른 전입세대확인서의 열람 및 교부에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
