Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, etc., Article 12 (Reporting of Appointment of Auditors)

① 회사는 감사인을 선임 또는 변경선임하는 경우 그 사실을 감사인을 선임한 이후에 소집되는 「상법」에 따른 정기총회에 보고하거나 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 주주 또는 사원(이하 "주주등"이라 한다)에게 통지 또는 공고하여야 한다.

② 회사가 감사인을 선임 또는 변경선임하는 경우 해당 회사 및 감사인은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 증권선물위원회에 보고하여야 한다. 다만, 회사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당되는 경우에는 보고를 생략할 수 있다.
