주택법 시행령 제77조(권리변동계획의 내용)

① 법 제67조에서 "기존 주택의 권리변동, 비용분담 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.

② 제1항제1호 및 제2호에 따라 대지 및 건축물의 권리변동 명세를 작성하거나 조합원의 비용분담 금액을 산정하는 경우에는 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호에 따른 감정평가법인등이 리모델링 전후의 재산 또는 권리에 대하여 평가한 금액을 기준으로 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.8.31, 2020.7.24>
