Special Act on the Promotion of Growth and Strengthening of Competitiveness of Mid-Sized Enterprises, Article 8 (Easing of Early Growth Burdens on Mid-Sized Enterprises)

① 정부와 지방자치단체는 중소기업이 중견기업으로 원활하게 성장할 수 있도록 매출액 등 기업 규모, 중견기업이 된 이후의 기간 등을 고려하여 중견기업 지원에 필요한 제도적ㆍ절차적 조치를 마련하여야 한다.
