Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises, Article 10-12 (Requests for Cooperation)
심의회, 실무조정회의 또는 전문위원회는 안건의 심의를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 행정기관 또는 단체에 자료 제출을 요청하거나 관계 공무원이나 전문가 등 관계인을 출석시켜 의견을 들을 수 있다.
The Council, the working-level coordination meeting, or a specialized committee may, where necessary for deliberating agenda items, request relevant administrative agencies or organizations to submit materials, or have relevant persons such as relevant public officials or experts attend and hear their opinions.
