중소벤처기업부장관은 법 제4조제1항에 따른 중소기업사업전환촉진계획(이하 "사업전환촉진계획"이라 한다)을 수립하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 중소기업 또는 중소기업지원기관이나 단체에 대하여 수요조사를 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>
