중소기업 스마트제조혁신 촉진에 관한 법률 제30조(자료요청)

중소벤처기업부장관은 제5조에 따른 기본계획의 수립 및 추진, 제7조에 따른 실태조사 및 통계 작성을 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체의 장, 공공기관의 장, 스마트제조혁신 지원 관련 기관 또는 단체의 장에게 필요한 자료 또는 정보의 제출이나 의견의 진술 등을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 협조하여야 한다.
