Enforcement Decree of the Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Act, Article 52-10 (Termination of Contracts, etc.)

① 신용보증기금은 중소기업매출채권보험의 보험계약자 또는 피보험자가 보험계약을 위반한 때에는 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 수 있다.
