중소기업진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제52조의2(중소기업매출채권보험의 범위)

① 법 제61조의2제1항에 따른 중소기업매출채권보험계정(이하 "계정"이라 한다)의 설치 목적을 달성하기 위하여 운용ㆍ관리되는 중소기업매출채권보험은 물품 또는 용역을 제공하는 중소기업자가 그 물품 또는 용역을 제공하고 받은 어음의 부도 및 매출채권에 대한 채무자의 채무불이행으로 인하여 입은 재산상의 손해를 보상하는 보험을 말한다.
