중소기업진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제63조(이권 흠결의 경우)

①이권(利券)있는 무기명식의 채권을 상환하는 경우 이권이 흠결(欠缺)되면 그 이권에 해당하는 금액을 상환액에서 공제한다.

②제1항에 따른 이권의 소지인은 그 이권과의 상환으로 제1항에 따라 공제된 금액의 지급을 청구할 수 있다.
