중소기업진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제75조(운영위원회의 운영)

①위원장은 운영위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다. 다만, 위원장이 불가피한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명하는 위원의 순서대로 그 직무를 대행한다.

②운영위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) The^ð더 Steering스티^r링 Committee커미티 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③이 영에서 규정된 것 외에 운영위원회를 운영하는 데에 필요한 사항은 중소벤처기업진흥공단의 정관으로 정한다. <개정 2019.4.2>
