중소기업협동조합법 제77조(분할)

①조합이 분할하려면 분할한 뒤에 설립될 조합이 승계하여야 할 권리와 의무의 범위를 총회의 의결로 정하여야 한다.

②조합이 영위하고 있는 업종이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 둘 이상이면 제47조제1항 및 제49조에도 불구하고 그 중 일부 업종의 조합원 과반수 찬성으로 분할할 수 있다.

③조합의 분할의 관하여는 제68조 및 제69조를 준용한다.
