중앙행정기관ㆍ지방자치단체 정책협의회 운영 규정 제11조(건의사항의 제출 및 조치 등)

① 협의회에 건의사항을 상정하려는 경우에는 회의개최 5일 전까지 협의회에 제출하여야 한다.

③ 관계행정기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 통보된 건의사항의 타당성을 검토하고, 그 검토 결과를 통보된 날부터 14일 이내에 협의회에 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 전문가의 자문 등 추가 검토가 필요한 경우에는 의장에게 제출 기한의 연장을 요청할 수 있다.
