중재법 제22조(중재절차의 개시)

① 당사자 간에 다른 합의가 없는 경우 중재절차는 피신청인이 중재요청서를 받은 날부터 시작된다.

② 제1항의 중재요청서에는 당사자, 분쟁의 대상 및 중재합의의 내용을 적어야 한다.
