Arbitration Industry Promotion Act, Article 7 (Promotion of Attracting Arbitration of International Disputes)

① 법무부장관은 대한민국을 중재지 또는 심리장소 등으로 하는 국제적인 분쟁에 대한 중재(이하 "국제중재"라 한다)의 유치를 촉진하기 위하여 필요한 시책을 마련하여야 한다.

② 법무부장관은 국제중재의 유치를 촉진하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 추진할 수 있다.
