Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Preferential Purchase of Products of Severely Disabled Persons, Article 23 (Types of and Procedures for Awards)

① 법 제15조에 따른 포상의 종류는 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 보건복지부장관은 법 제15조에 따른 포상의 기준, 수상자의 선정방법ㆍ절차 등에 관한 사항을 정하여 공고하여야 한다.
