지뢰 등 특정 재래식무기 사용 및 이전의 규제에 관한 법률 제7조(경계표시 및 접근 차단 조치)

① 지뢰를 설치한 군부대의 장 또는 지뢰로 인하여 민간인에게 피해를 줄 수 있는 지역(이하 "지뢰지역"이라 한다)을 관할하는 군부대의 장은 그 지뢰를 설치한 지역 또는 지뢰지역의 주위에 별표의 요건을 갖춘 경계표지를 설치하여야 한다.

② 원격투발지뢰가 아닌 대인지뢰로서 제3조제3호 각 목의 요건을 갖추지 아니한 지뢰가 설치된 지역을 관할하는 군부대의 장은 그 지뢰의 설치지역에 제1항에 따른 경계표지 외에 민간인이 접근할 수 없도록 필요한 감시 및 접근 차단 조치를 하여야 한다. 다만, 그 대인지뢰가 폭발하는 경우 파편이 날아가는 각도가 수평각(水平角) 90도 이하이고, 그 대인지뢰의 사용시간이 72시간 이내이며 설치지역이 그 대인지뢰를 설치한 군부대와 붙어 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 누구든지 제1항에 따라 설치된 경계표지를 제거ㆍ훼손ㆍ파괴 또는 은폐하거나 그 밖의 방법으로 그 효용을 해쳐서는 아니 된다.
