지방공기업법 시행규칙 제4조(일반회계등의 경비부담절차)

①영 제5조 각호의 규정에 의하여 다음 연도에 지방자치단체의 일반회계 또는 다른 특별회계가 부담하여야 할 경비에 대하여는 당해지방직영기업의 관리자가 전년도 관련 결산자료를 첨부하여 매년 9월15일까지 당해지방자치단체의 장에게 그 경비의 부담을 요구하여야 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 요구를 받은 지방자치단체의 장은 이를 다음 연도 예산에 반영하거나 당해지방공기업요금을 조정하는 등 적절한 조치를 하여야 한다.
