지방공무원 교육훈련법 시행령 제18조(교육훈련기관의 교육훈련계획)

① 교육훈련기관의 장은 법 제5조에 따라 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장이 수립한 교육훈련기본계획 및 연도별 시행계획에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 교육훈련계획을 작성하여 매년 12월 31일까지 소속 지방자치단체의 장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

② 교육훈련기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 보고한 교육훈련계획을 지체 없이 관계 지방자치단체의 장, 지방의회의 의장 및 관계 기관의 장에게 통보하여 교육훈련대상자 선발 등의 교육훈련 준비를 차질 없이 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

③ 교육훈련기관의 장은 매년 교육훈련의 성과를 평가하고 그 결과를 다음 해 교육훈련계획에 반영하여야 한다.
