지방공무원 교육훈련법 시행령 제22조(퇴학처분)

① 교육훈련기관의 장은 교육생이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 퇴학처분을 하고 소속 기관의 장에게 알려야 한다.

② 소속 기관의 장은 제1항제1호부터 제4호까지의 사유로 퇴학처분을 받거나 정당한 사유 없이 제11조제4항에 따른 등록을 기피한 공무원이 「지방공무원법」 제69조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당한다고 인정하면 관할 인사위원회에 징계의결을 요구할 수 있다.

③ 소속 기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 징계의결을 요구한 경우에는 그 사실을 관계 교육훈련기관의 장에게 알려야 한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 affiliated어^f필리에이티드 agency에이전시 has해즈 requested^r리퀘스티드 a어 disciplinary디서플러네^r리 resolution^r레절루션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 head헤드 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 education에저케이션 and앤드 training트^r레이닝 institution인스티투션 of어^v브 that^ð댓 fact.^f팩트
