Enforcement Decree of the Local Public Officials Education and Training Act, Article 7 (Reflecting Education and Training Completion Hours in Promotion, etc.)

① 5급 이하 일반직 공무원에 대해서는 별표 1의 방법 및 기준에 따라 교육훈련 이수시간을 승진임용에 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2013.12.4>

② 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 제1항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 교육훈련 이수시간을 승진임용에 반영하지 않을 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 또는 제2호에 해당하는 경우에는 승진임용에 반영하지 않는다. <개정 2021.11.30>

③ 제1항에 따라 승진임용에 적용할 연간 교육훈련 이수시간, 교육훈련의 내용, 그 밖에 교육훈련의 운영에 필요한 사항은 이 영 및 교육부장관과 행정안전부장관이 따로 정하는 범위에서 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장이 정한다. 이 경우 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 직렬 또는 직급 등 적정기준에 의한 구분 단위별로 그 내용을 달리 정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2021.11.30>
