지방공무원 복무규정 제4조의3(선거 관련 사무 수행 공무원의 휴무)

① 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 선거 관련 사무를 수행한 공무원에 대하여 해당 선거일(사전투표일을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 다음 정상근무일을 휴무하게 해야 한다. 다만, 해당 기관의 업무 사정이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 해당 선거일부터 6개월 이내의 범위에서 다른 정상근무일을 지정하여 휴무하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 선거일이 토요일 또는 공휴일인 경우 해당 공무원에게는 1일의 휴무일을 더하여 부여한다.
