Act on the Establishment and Operation of Local Medical Centers, Article 20 (Submission of Settlement Statements)

① 원장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업연도마다 세입ㆍ세출 결산서를 작성하여 이사회의 의결을 거친 후 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 보건복지부장관 및 지방자치단체의 장에게 제출하고, 지방자치단체의 장의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2015.1.28>
