지방자치단체출연 연구원의 설립 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(공동으로 설립된 연구원에 대한 검사ㆍ감독 등)

① 제2조제2항에 따라 공동으로 설립된 지방연구원에 대한 검사ㆍ감독, 사업계획서 등의 승인 주체 등에 관한 사항은 해당 지방연구원에 출연한 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장이 합의하여 정한다.
