지방자치법 제94조(회의의 질서유지)

① 지방의회의 의장이나 위원장은 지방의회의원이 본회의나 위원회의 회의장에서 이 법이나 회의규칙에 위배되는 발언이나 행위를 하여 회의장의 질서를 어지럽히면 경고 또는 제지를 하거나 발언의 취소를 명할 수 있다.

② 지방의회의 의장이나 위원장은 제1항의 명에 따르지 아니한 지방의회의원이 있으면 그 지방의회의원에 대하여 당일의 회의에서 발언하는 것을 금지하거나 퇴장시킬 수 있다.

③ 지방의회의 의장이나 위원장은 회의장이 소란하여 질서를 유지하기 어려우면 회의를 중지하거나 산회를 선포할 수 있다.
