지방재정법 시행령 제121조(소멸에 관한보고)

징수관, 법령 또는 조례ㆍ규칙의 규정에 의하여 지방자치단체를 위하여 채무이행의 수령을 하는 자 또는 제110조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 그 직무상 채권이 소멸된 것을 안 때에는 지체 없이 이를 지방자치단체의 장에게 보고하여야 한다.
