지방재정법 시행령 제85조(예산의 재배정)

①지방자치단체의 장은 「지방회계법」 제29조제1항에 따라 지출원인행위에 관한 사무를 위임받은 공무원이 그 사무를 재위임하는 경우 배정된 세출예산의 범위에서 재위임 받은 재무관별로 세출예산재배정계획서를 작성하고 이에 따라 세출예산을 재배정하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.28, 2023.9.26>

②지방자치단체의 장은 예산집행상 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 제1항의 규정에 의하여 작성한 세출예산재배정계획서를 변경할 수 있다.

③제1항에 따라 지출원인행위를 재위임 받은 재무관이 지출원인행위를 할 때에는 재배정된 세출예산의 범위를 초과하여서는 아니된다. <개정 2014.11.28>
