지방행정동우회법 제5조(조직 등)

① 동우회는 중앙회, 지회 및 분회를 둔다.

② 동우회의 중앙회와 중앙지회는 서울특별시에, 지회는 특별시청ㆍ광역시청ㆍ특별자치시청ㆍ도청ㆍ특별자치도청 소재지에, 분회는 시청ㆍ군청ㆍ구청 소재지에 각각 둔다. 다만, 특별한 사정이 있을 경우에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 다른 지역에 둘 수 있다.
