Enforcement Decree of the Local Accounting Act, Article 12 (Preparation of Settlement-of-Accounts Statements)

① 법 제15조제1호에 따른 결산 개요는 예산의 집행 결과, 재정의 운영내용과 재무상태를 분명하게 파악할 수 있도록 작성하여야 한다.

② 법 제15조제2호에 따른 세입ㆍ세출 결산에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
