지식재산처와 그 소속기관 직제 제39조(한시정원)

① 상표 심사를 강화하기 위하여 「행정기관의 조직과 정원에 관한 통칙」 제25조제1항에 따라 2028년 2월 29일까지 별표 4에 따른 한시정원을 지식재산처에 둔다. <개정 2025.12.30, 2026.6.30>
