지역사랑상품권 이용 활성화에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(위반행위의 조사)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제17조제1항에 따라 보고나 자료 제출 명령을 할 때에는 보고 또는 자료 제출의 기한ㆍ방법 및 내용 등을 판매대행점 및 가맹점에 서면으로 각각 통지해야 한다.

② 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제17조제1항에 따라 그 소속 공무원으로 하여금 사무소에 출입하여 검사를 하게 하려는 경우에는 해당 판매대행점 및 가맹점에 검사 시작 7일 전까지 검사 대상 및 검사 이유를 통지해야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우이거나 미리 통지하면 증거인멸 등으로 검사 목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정되는 경우에는 사전에 알리지 않을 수 있다.
