직업안정법 제9조(구직의 신청)

① 직업안정기관의 장은 구직신청의 수리를 거부하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 그 신청 내용이 법령을 위반한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 직업안정기관의 장은 구직자의 요청이 있거나 필요하다고 인정하여 구직자의 동의를 받은 경우에는 직업상담 또는 직업적성검사를 할 수 있다.
